Senior guard members of MHS Dave Arvin, Kari
Cregan, and Danielle Luse have also joined World Guard International
Colorguard Group called Eclectix sponsored by University Central
Okla. Our own Colorguard director Adrienne Fink is on the Eclectix
staff.
Winter Guard International (WGI) is known as the
"Sport of the Arts." It brings music to life through performance in
a competitive format. WGI is the nonprofit youth organization
leading the winter guard and indoor percussion activities. Now
entering its 31st year, the sport is evolving and growing, with over
11,000 participants at the Sport of the Arts World Championships
this past April.
